The Best of MINDFUL PLEASURES

Now that Mindful Pleasures is over a decade old and past its 600-post mark, I guess it's time for a bit of curation--if not exactly a "Mindful Pleasures Greatest Hits," at least a "Best of" CD. So here's my personal selection of the best things I've written on MP over the past ten years. And here are links to all of my "Adversaria" posts, lengthy collections of random ruminations, quirky quotes, and asinine alliterations culled from my utterly disorganized notebooks:

Been reading your stuff for a while. It's neat to see what you consider your best writings. I don't know if you're proud of it, but I've always liked your take-down of Ulysses and Us, which is consequentially a take-down of anyone who degrades great literature into cheesy self-help platitudes, an annoying trend which may never go away. Though a quick browse through your archives is a great cure for enduring that. Thanks for all the great work!
